Is this tire repairable? It's a 2023 EX XLINE with 34k miles.

One tire store stated that it is not repairable because of the location of the screw and it is an AWD. They stated that my wife needs to change all 4 tires because of tire treads alignment and need to be at least 4/32 on all tires. I told her that's BS. Thoughts?
