I've been busting ass since they hired me. Coorporate says they will promote me is manger ask, manager insist they have asked, and corporation insists that they haven't. Manager does have a reason to keep me happy. I know what I bring in, and I'm 53% of the numbers coming in, in a workforce of 30 people. I have 0 experience in management, but I have worked in the area at other store from a different company. They promoted someone else. What am I missing?
