Fluids Manufacture
Am I supposed to be able to turn fluids into more fluids using small containers and conservation coils or am I exploiting a broken game mechanic?

Went camping, walked into a gun shop for some .22 ammo, walked out with this.
189 series Mini 30. My first spontaneous gun purchase. I already have a Mini 14 with an AT-M stock, Hannibal rail, and scout scope setup. This one will stay classic. It came with rings and I’ll probably get a scope at some point. For now, I have Tech Sights on the way.

On my local bike paths, I see pedestrians, skateboards, ebikes, rollerblades, and bicycles but escooters seem to get the most evil stares and audible grumbling out of the lot. I’m genuinely curious as to why.
