Any suggestions for an easy third food item for lunches (2yo and 3yo)?

My kids’ plates have three compartments, and my daughter is big on making sure there’s something in all three. They usually have a sandwich for a main unless we have leftovers, and then some kind fruit for a side.

But I struggle to find an easy third option that doesn’t involve much preparation. I’ll often give them some nuts for lack of anything else (unless we’re doing PB&J), otherwise they get a few goldfish or chips just to fill the last slot.
