Basically the title. How do we know the authorship of the book of Matthew?

ETA: This is another in a series of questions that I have. I have had some doubts over the last years and I'm trying to work through them.

I had the recall update done about a week ago. Here are some things I've noticed. I have a 2022 Escape PHEV.

First, I charged from 0 to 100% three times before taking it in for the update. On those charges it added 10.8kWh, 10.5kWh, and 11.1kWh. I have charged from 0 to 100 once since the update. That charge was 10.4kWh. Taking an average of the three, the loss is about 4% but I would want to get more data before settling on that result.

Second, since the update if I drive in EV NOW, the car is still in EV NOW the next time I start it up. This is welcome change but the behavior of EV NOW has changed a bit.

• When I first start the car I get the "Press OK to enable the engine" message. It stays on the screen until I press the OK button down (not in) to get it to the calm screen (where I like it).
• The engine seems to come on more often in EV NOW than it did before. This is particularly noticeable when going down hill with the assist on. I don't remember the engine coming on to assist the braking before (at least not as much).
• This could be affected by how hot it has been here and running the AC. I don't know.

Third, our neighborhood has a street that has speed bumps. I had been in the habit of shifting to "L" so that I wouldn't have to use the brake to slow down for them. Since the update, there is a loud revving noise when I use the low gear to slow the car down. This is a new noise. When it has happened, my first thought is that someone is running some machinery nearby. But then it happens on every speed bump.

These are my first impressions of how the car behaves after the update. Overall, it's not as bad as I expected. Between this car and my F-150 (not Lightning), I'm getting pretty tired of running in for recalls.

The land in question is in OH. I am in Tennessee. Any advice is appreciated.

I have received an offer to lease the mineral rights to some property that was formerly owned by my great-grandfather. I have checked the tax records for the property and the owner of the property is listed as a company that I am pretty sure has no connection to our family. The offer comes from a reputable oil & gas company. The lease is for 5 years with an option for another 5. It mentions payments of a Delay Rental (which seems to be a negligible amount) and a royalty that would be paid proportionally to me and the other owners/heirs.

There is a separate contract entitled "Confidential Exhibit "A"--Order of Payment" with the notation that "This page shall not be recorded". This form delineates

• Surface Parcel Assessed Acres
• Mineral Tract Gross Leasehold Acres (this number is the same as the previous and has a note "As to a [smaller value]-acre portion of the land. The smaller value is about 16% of the larger value.)
• Mineral Tract Net Leasehold Acres (this value is about 0.7% of the Surface Parcel Assessed Acres
• A signing bonus of $X per net leasehold acre and a calculation of what my portion of that amount would be. The calculation equals the amount per leasehold acre * net leashold acres.
• My ownership percentage is ~4.8%

I do not know how many heirs there are, but the "Confidential Exhibit" puts my ownership percentage at around 4.8% so I expect that it is 20-25. [I am purposely being vague about specific amounts because I'm ignorant and don't know what I can safely put on the internet.]

I have just read through the lease and a few questions come to mind:

1. On the lease, there are places for my wife and me to sign (notarized) but nowhere to indicate that the company agrees to the lease. Is this a problem?
2. I have read that it is possible in Ohio for one entity to own the land and another to own the mineral rights. I am assuming that this is the case for this land. Does this raise any concerns?
3. After some research and trying different calculations, the Net Leasehold Acres figure is the product of the "portion of the subject land" (about 16% of the total tract) * my ownership interest.
   1. Is this the correct calculation?
   2. Why would the lease be for only part of the tract? Won't the company access the minerals under the rest of the land, too? (Or have I been watching too much "There Will Be Blood"?)

Are property taxes a concern if I don't have ownership in the tract but only in the mineral rights?

What details should I look out for in such a lease?

I'm debating going to an attorney to have a look at the contract but, on the other hand, I didn't even know about this land until the oil & gas company contacted me last month. So anything I get is more than I was expecting and the added expense would just take away from whatever income I would get.

I've got a 2022 that is under the charge to 80% recall (I don't have the number in front of me). I've seen some things here that made me think the fix is available. I've called two dealerships and both said not until August 17.

Does anyone have any insight?

I am new to 3D printing. I received my X2D Thursday and expect my first filament today.

Here's my question. If I dry the PLA that I use for my first project, then receive another spool and want to use it for my second project along with the first, is it okay to dry the second spool in the AMS along with the first spool?

The overarching question is, is it possible to overdry a spool of filament?
