The UKVI A1 Life Skills test has since been passed long after attending the biometrics appointment. However, the application cannot be altered and, based on the evidence from the posts above, it suggests that the application is likely to be refused due to the oversight of marking the "Have you passed an approved English language test?" field as "No".

Just looked at the document checklist and realised that the middle name has been structured differently to the passport and the surname has been omitted. The name submitted on the application is structured "Alan Brian Charlie-Dean". In contrast, the forename on the passport is "Alan BrianCharlieDean", and the surname is "Edward-Finnie". No real names used by the way.

How would this affect the application? Is there a way to get this rectified?
