I am trying to figure out how to hold the hub and torque to 95ft pounds, hopefully I am correct on that spec.

I can't seem to figure out a way to hold the hub to use my torque wrench. Any suggestions? Do people just drive it down with an air tool and guesstimate?

I have several cracks on my deck as you can see in the photos.

Can I hold this off for a bit with some repairs and crack fill to keep frost from heaving it further?

Do I have to do it all at once?

Could I lay down some of that rubberized playground material over the deck to improve look vs concrete replacement?
