WIBTA if I don't have my BIL move with me

Me and my husband have been talking about the future, namely what our plans are when one of us dies ( there have been a couple of health scares, so we are not trying to be morbid, but realistic and prepared). We bought our house about 15 years ago, and his brother came to live with us may 4 years ago. before, he had lived with his dad and step mother until they decided to sell their house and move. up until that point he hadn't left the house for 20 years due to extreme agoraphobia and anxiety.

Well during the conversation with my husband, I mentioned that if he dies before mme, I'd want to sell the house and get a small apartment. he asked "what about my brother?" and I replied that he could either find his own place or go live with one of his other four siblings.

this conversation got back to my MIL and my husband's siblings and they are saying I'm TAH for wanting to turn my back on bil once my husband isn't around anymore. I explained my various reasons for not wanting him to move with me, but they keep saying I'm being heartless.
