Ravenswood should have been swapped for a completely different spinoff. I have a golden idea
So Ravenswood aired during S4 right when Alison returned to Rosewood. The spinoff crashed and burned for many reasons. Personally I think they missed an opportunity, and that is the concept of a show called VIVIAN.
Imagine, a 2 season long spin-off that covered the 2 years where Alison was missing. Where she was, what she was doing, who was helping her, why she came back. This would have been brilliant!
It could have included Cece finding out Ali was alive and helping her stay hidden (which we know she did). It could have explained why and how Noel Khan helped her as well as Shauna and Miss Grundy. We could have found out who the red coat was living in Mrs D's basement. If Mona ever attempted to contact her since she knew she was alive. There were so many people that just happened to know that Ali was alive this whole time. So many opportunities for cameos. Maybe she even attended her own funeral in disguise and tried to figure out who was in her grave?
It could have shown how Ali changed from this antagonist bad bitch to the fear-ridden girl she was after she returned.
It would have answered so many questions.
