Issues wrtiters are a human centipede.

Issues wrtiters are a human centipede.

Options were:
- Go back to capitalism
- Stay fully public owned
- Introduce practically NEP
I chose to stay as it is but the shits for brains that wrote the issue somehow made it removing the right to protest and as with every issue that deals with counterrevolutionaries it makes both corruption rise and political freedom to tank even if things literally stayed as they were, wasting tens of slight improvements with a punitive outcome every fucking time. Now how to reintroduce this right to protest? Also that's stupid because there was another issue granting the right to strike to essential workers (and it made poors poorer because libertarians have maggots between the ears) so it's even clashing with that too.
I need some shameless issue exploiting guide because it's literally impossible to make civil and political rights rise beyond "good" because every fucking time some punitive outcome shows up and plunge them back 10-20 points I already abandoned the game years ago for this issue but now I'd rather cheat out of this.

Questioning the sense of percentage changes.

I'm grated most of the time by the shamelessly libertarian bordering on ancapist changes caused by the options, but seriously what kind of feeblemindedness can justify the first option, i.e.: putting competent individual in charge, cause a +7% increase in corruption and a 5% decrease in political freedom?
Also I'm seeing a trend in the repealing of a lot of WA resolutions that were literally "being decent human beings 101" what is causing this drift?

IOR 8x56mm questions.

Just bought a used Saiga .308 to see if I like shooting rifles or if I should stick to handguns, and it came with a nondescript optic since it was rattlecanned all over, I started cleaning it so i removed the scope from the rail and started stripping the horrid paintjob, and it revealed a "IOR" marking underneath, unfortunately while passing the rag it seemed to rattle a bit and while looking close, the posterior lenses came out with very little force applied, no apparent damage to the lenses themselves but a quick googling only confused me more with the sealed nitrogen filling (?), the recoil slamming and breaking the lenses, etc.
Is it fixable? What's the price it's worth spending to have it repaired?
Is it possible the aluminium (?) ring that keeps the press fitting in just worn out and owes to be replaced but nothing else?
Complete noob, I'm here to learn or be pointed towards the correct sub, thanks in advance.
Also, opinions on what I've bought (500€) and what should be replaced/thrown away are welcomed.
