What's the difference between the people's paper and previous normal paper?

How did it start showing up?

Increased technology AND primitiveness! How would that work if they both continued scaling upwards simultaneously?

Issues wrtiters are a human centipede.

Options were:
- Go back to capitalism
- Stay fully public owned
- Introduce practically NEP
I chose to stay as it is but the shits for brains that wrote the issue somehow made it removing the right to protest and as with every issue that deals with counterrevolutionaries it makes both corruption rise and political freedom to tank even if things literally stayed as they were, wasting tens of slight improvements with a punitive outcome every fucking time. Now how to reintroduce this right to protest? Also that's stupid because there was another issue granting the right to strike to essential workers (and it made poors poorer because libertarians have maggots between the ears) so it's even clashing with that too.
I need some shameless issue exploiting guide because it's literally impossible to make civil and political rights rise beyond "good" because every fucking time some punitive outcome shows up and plunge them back 10-20 points I already abandoned the game years ago for this issue but now I'd rather cheat out of this.

Is this enough to make a nation from?

Now I know this is a planet creator and a country can’t really be spherical but a country can be circular to a degree. If you have any other recommendations for country RP setups similar to this where it rolls some attributes/starter prompts I’d be happy.

What stat changes from issue options have baffled and/or annoyed you?

Title. As someone who is basically just a 7 year long issues player, ive seen a good amount on multiple of my nations.

Here are some of my grievances:
- Civil right and political freedom start to eat themselves after a point. If they get high enough certain options like holding open primary elections, allowing ghost riders, allowing hate speech, allowing abortion, and allowing religious separatism start to DECREASE freedoms rather than increase them. This is very annoying when trying to go for ideological radicality

- Not allowing a feudal lord removes your devolution policy. This result from a certain issue i forget the number of was truly insane to me. For some reason integrating a feudal holdout into your democratic society means that all other subdivisions in your nation no longer have authority when this is just not made clear at all in the issue.

- Cracking down on witch hunts increases corruption. Why??? What precedent is there for this? What could the rationality possibly be? We use legitimate state means to reduce extralegal violence (a type of violence which is treated as corrupt in NS).

- Improving your sewage system merely increases spending on administration and healthcare but no actual increase to health and environment, which all the other options in this issue affect

Unfortunately Great Almaran cheese exports have declined after a deal went south when I asked the Smalltopian finance minister's wife what she would like to order for herself at the restaurant, after she looked visibly disappointed when her husband ordered linguine for her.

Is there a way to know which decision in which issues will affect each stat?

Like, I selected an option recently in an issue about mining, but it affected my social conservatism and I don't want that, is there a way to show affected stats for the answers? or a list of each issue? Thanks
