I want to check with all of you, but is NS having a Technical Error?

I'm having those issues and it's not the first time NS has had them for everyone. Let me know, thanks!

I am trying to find a way to get rid of the resolutions and this seems the only option left. Unless I have missed a button to undo the ratification process.
