NS down right now?
I want to check with all of you, but is NS having a Technical Error?
I'm having those issues and it's not the first time NS has had them for everyone. Let me know, thanks!

Rate my flag!
This is the Rakscovian Federation.
A Slavic based nation.
Hope you like!!
The blue stripe indicates both the sky above the people, and the sea that guards the coast
The red stripe is the sacrifice of those fallen in defense of Rakscovia.
The white stripe is the valor of the Rakscovian people from the past to the present.
The shield indicates that the people, nation and the 12 republics are protected.
The 12 golden stars represent the 12 republics that make up Rakscovia, being gold to indicate the high importance of these republics .
The pattern of the stars is supposed to look as though it were a heart of crown, symboling both unity and the monarchy (said monarchy is ceremonial only).
What are your thoughts?? Thanks!!
