How to guarantee a good college?

I’m an incoming g11 student. I’ve been a consistent DL student since g7(1.3-1.5 GWA) but I’m still worried about my chances of getting into a decent college. I’ve dreamed of going to a college abroad but it’s still really unlikely considering the fact that I’m not exactly the best of my batch.

I chose Biology as my core and Chemistry as my elective(both level 2 im rlly ambitious) but I’m having second thoughts if that’s viable for my future college course. I haven’t chosen any SIP to apply for since I also don’t know if that would contribute to my college application.

If there’s anyone who can answer, what can I do during my g11-12 years to guarantee a good college(abroad or even one of the big 4)?

23 month old fall

My little brother who’s turning 2 next month just fell off the bed. I turned away for a moment only to find him tumbling off the edge. I couldn’t move fast enough to catch him because it caught me off guard.

When I finally caught up with what happened, I saw him on his back on the floor, crying his eyes out. I don’t know if he hit his head on the tile floor or if he caught himself but I’m worried about him. After falling, he calmed down pretty easily by giving him something to watch. Once he calmed down enough, he even started talking again when asked about his injury.

He was pretty active afterwards. It’s been 4 hours since it happened and it’s already his bedtime so he went to sleep. I’m still worried about him. Will he be fine? Do I have to tell my parents to take him to the hospital?? How likely is he to get a serious head or spinal injury??

Btw the bed is like half his height(around 1 ft??). I know it’s pretty unreasonable to be worried like this especially since it’s a small fall but yk
