Rex was a lurker
FWIW it might interest y’all to know that Rex was a lurker here. I had a few exchanges with him on Twitter and live during a few of his broadcasts. He was very aware of Dan and Jordan though not to the extent that he could have learned any lessons or changed his mind.
Rex very much believes his birthright has been stolen from him. He has stated as much in selfy videos posted on his timeline.
He believes that Alex was railroaded and has begun to use whataboutism against anyone that is misrepresenting world events and contributing to harm saying “why isn’t anyone suing Megyn Kelly or Jesse Waters for a billion dollars?”
On the other hand he’s completely burnt on Trump. He can’t admit to having disagreements beyond the no new wars bit.
He was taken aback when I told him the show had ended. His understanding of the show was surface level. I doubt he’s actually listened to a whole episode all the way through. He just considered the guys to be hangers on making money from ridiculing his dad. No engagement with the content or reality on his part.
He was shocked to learn that Dan sat in on the depositions as the plaintiffs expert on Jones. I guess Alex didn’t speak on it to his kid either.
He’s quick to talk about how he disagrees with some things his dad says but he’s unwilling to be pulled into any conversation that exposes his dad as a liar. He’s aware that Alex is a liar.
His argumentation style is 100% lifted from listening to his dad over the years.
Idk where I wa going with this.
Oh yeah, he takes the loss of infowars very personally and claims to have been behind the scenes as an editor and writer since he was 8. That might be embellished a little.
But when he talks about the loss of infowars it is always in terms of we. He is very aggrieved.
