Mediacom community/forum?
I am a bit frustrated at the moment. My internet has been dropping a lot lately requiring services calls, and it's out again. There is a button on the app for a mediacom community but it just keeps cycling through a login and doesn't really go anywhere. And google searches just bring reddit up. Is there a community/ forum?
I work 12 hour days 4 to 5 days a week and don't really get to do anything until my weekend. Usually that involves some winding down with gaming and friends but lately the services keeps going down. First time required a modem exchange, second time something was wrong on the actual telephone pole. Now there is an outage, at least it's not just me this time. It's just frustrating because it keeps lining up with my time off and this is the 4th weekend I've not had internet available. I've had mediacom for a while and lost a bunch of the discounts so now it's on the expensive side which adds to the frustration of it being out when I want to use it.
I just wanted to vent on the mediacom community page but there doesn't seem to be one behind the button in the app.
