Since he's not called Robo-Ky II like in Isuka, the only other possibility would be that he's alternate universe version of Robo-Ky that entered Strive world through backyard shenanigans. This version of Robo-Ky somehow kept his entire body during Xrd and did not become Venom's roommate

Would be funny (but not necessary) if he can break fourth wall too (also backyard shenanigan), much like certain Marvel Rivals character that Alejandro Saab also voices
