I went to phasal in runnemeade today when I get to the register the girl tells me I have 14 dollars in points would I like to use it I say yeah then tells me it takes it under the threshold and she doesn’t want me to lose my points that’s the first time I’ve ever heard this I’ve never had a problem using my points that I’ve earned with money I spent anyone else ever have this problem ?
