Buds are gorgeous. Perfectly moist and nicely dense with a thick coating of trichomes. The prototypical shape is accented by the shocks of orange and make for tremendous bag appeal.
Smell is gassy, sharp limes like a premade margarita at that bar you got rejected at. The taste is lime forward (sharp citrus) and extremely pleasant.
Effects are nice. Euphoria and a heady buzz with light relaxation. Definitely more of a mind stimulator than a physical one. My minds going a mile a minute, galaxies rapidly blinking in and out of existence - I have ascended. Then I realize I’m just sitting here quietly and I haven’t spoken in like 20 minutes. Strong recommend for playing Fusion Frenzy on Xbox but I’d avoid while playing any dating sims.
Anybody try these carts yet? Any good? Or should I get good greens carts instead?
I don’t know how these guys do it. All of their weed looks like it came from another planet. Like, they trim it but don’t fuck up the hairs or the trichs. I don’t see this with anyone else on the market.
So. This dropped yesterday and I happened to see it on a menu as I was driving by Silverleaf. Picked it up for $45, which was a pretty good deal for top tier weed.
Looks as you can tell, are on point. Pretty much the best looking weed on the market.
Smell is…well, super citrus. They hit the nail on the head with the name. The color the smell the flavor. All super citrus.
The taste is strong. Like in a good way. Like loud in the way terpinolene heavy strains are…but without the terpinolene.
Effects were great. I’m not always able to differentiate this high versus that high. But it was definitely head-centric and I got a little introspective but not in like a self doubting way.
Anyway. Any other solid offering from Kusala. Would recommend!

must say: despite it being smalls, its actually decent for the buck. i was impressed - i was right where i wanted to be after 3 puffs and lasted for quite a while.😎
taste is grapey and it tastes good. smell is grapey. i put it in a mason jar- decent feel and texture. def decent if you want a budget buy. 💰
if you like light flower or not a big fan of heavy hitters, this is good. i’m glad i got this and i find myself reaching for it more than anything else right now. 👍🏼👍🏼

RUN, don’t walk when you see this brand on sale. Small batch growers and have put out nothing but straight fire since I have tried their pink guava.
Recently have been finding 70% off sales where they come out to around $20 an eighth which I find is a great value.
Nose: funky, cheesy like smell. Very nice cured buds.
Effects: extremely pleasent high. Both physical and head high- the perfect balance for myself. This is a bit heavy than the pink guava.
This is exactly what I look for in bud. I can’t pay the 65$ an eigth but at 20-25$ this is top grade bud. Good job team. 🍌

anyway I'm not sure if its just the oil or what, but i find this Diamond Bar wet badder to be pretty harsh even with a cold start. The price is good in comparison to rosin, but godamn it hurts to dab.

TLDR; not as good as panda farms cut - might be good for newbies/lower tolerance. not sure if they are pheno hunting, but this one does not represent blue dream that well. even the crops cut is better, but crops cut (when they have a good batch) is much more of a thought clouding downer then panda farms. i dont think blue dream should cloud up your mind too much - and clade's doesn't cloud it up enough. it does have some medical benefits tho. <END TLDR>
...wasn't going to post this, but for those that like to read here's the LBDR; (long, but did read - lol):
i haven't had any clade9 in quite a while - still have a bud of J1 first drop jarred up for a rainy day tho. i hear this blue dream is a limited drop? not sure if they are going to bring it back out again - maybe someone from clade9 can answer that question. only a few dispos have any left in stock and it's mostly those 1 gram sampler packs. a couple of them still have some 8ths, but do NOT pay full price.
buds were kinda over dry. a few popcorns and the rest are tiny kibbles n bits. either their trimming machine chewed the shit out of it - or someone used the package as a soccer ball. if you're used to craft buds this initial presentation probably won't make you happy. i can look past some things if the price is right and the effects make up for it tho. even the prettiest stinky buds all looks similar post grind anyway.
Smell: not much - not a room stinker. what i could detect was a slightly perfumey sweet and citric blueberry/mixed berry fruitiness - with a touch of sandalwood and anise. a slight weedy/hazey nose was present (emphasis on slight) and you have to get your nose right up on it to catch that wiff.
Taste: dry vaped - light flavor. light and sweet. maybe a little bit like it smells. smooth. it does taste like a softer blue dream. the panda farms cut has just a wee bit more of the taste.
Effects (YMMV): I had to vape a lot more then usual to do this report --- strike 1! i felt a runners high come on almost immediately. no racing heart/thoughts or anything like that, just that "after a run" runners euphoric feeling. then that expands around the body. it's a creeper with a sense of calm and eye pressure drop. feels like your eyeballs are floating effortlessly dead center in their sockets. can really focus on and notice things. feel good clear headed high. i feel like it's good for movies. but some good effects are too short lived.
15 mins in: all of a sudden feel like it's lifting instead of building, wtf, is it wearing off? i screwed my tolerance this badly already? oh.. no. scratch that. there it is again. still going and it's still with me. starts getting a little more heady and cerebral. still an overall sense of calm. around 20 minute mark i thought i started to feel the classic blue dream coming on... but nope.
25 mins in: still a heady clearish cerebral high. slows the brain down just a notch or two. then a little spacey/blue dreamy around the 30-40 minute mark or so. i was thinkin' ok, here we go.. finally... blue dream. blue dream? blue dream are you there? - nope. just some easy going thoughts with a relaxing body effect. it backs off again, so not really full on blue dream yet. strike 2!
the first 30ish mins are probably good for depression, anxiety, adhd .. a nice feel good headspace, but not really that strong - more clear - you can function and break out of it easily.. after the first 30 mins it sorta fizzles out again. then comes at you once more, basically 3 waves. the 40-50 minute mark wave is probably the best it's gonna get unless you smoke more. this is the point you can go to sleep if you want. or wait it out and it kinda fades away.. just overtired lingering background effects after that. around this 50min or so time you get a taste of blue dream again, but slowly fizzles and comes back again. seems to fizzle out over and over right when it just about starts to get good. not the best blue dream rendition and it has no legs.
to be honest, panda farms cut is better. more stable experience and if you have the clade one and then the panda one, right after about 5-10 mins you'll say to yourself "oh... now i see what you mean" lol. this clade version might be good for beginners to test the waters along with the queen of the south strain. altho i kinda like queen of the south in a weird way sometimes (shh.. don't tell anyone). the constant waves of me feeling like it was wearing off/lifting over and over is a buzz kill. just when it starts to get good it's gone again. so .. strike 3!
a good blue dream should be putting you in that zone where your thinking and contemplating things. thinking about the day you had, ponder the future, the past, replay a memory from 10-15 years ago that you haven't thought about since then (or 30/40+ years ago if your older) lots of wandering down memory lane gaining new insights or opinions on things/making new connections. all while in that dreamy hazey state of body being. this one couldn't do it for me.
maybe it's better when combusted - but i doubt it? maybe it will do somethin' for ya if you grab it on the cheap.
Clade9 Blue Dream (Blueberry x Haze)
this is little over a gram of it right before the grind.. since it was so dry, some of its trics broke free during the deed. it ground up fluffy - but leaves that gritty sandy kiefy feel on your fingers because of those broken dry trics...
..anyone else pick this up? just me or what. did i get some choice bottom of the barrel buds in my sampler? this not a dig at clade9, obviously they have some good strains. but this one let me down a bit, and i rarely post when i don't like a strain that much. we all had strains we didn't like over the years. but you'd think samplers would have the best buds to rep the strain in them to encourage you to buy more tho, right?

I was at work yesterday just minding my own business. I decided to check my email and saw i has something from my favorite dispo Soul Flora. They were announcing new products. It was mostly buds and concentrates. I get to the bottom and see that they have 2 Ball Vapes for sale. I've only ever saw Ball Vapes and dry herb vaporizers generally at online retailers. They have the Ruby Twist Pro for $230 same price as online. They have the Wireless One Hit Wonder for $350, only 20 bucks more than the cheapest I found online but the same as 90% of them. They also have the Tiny Might 2 for a portable option. A great vape but they're asking $480. Online they're only $350 so that's a no go for sure. I got the WOHW and I'm loving it. Thanks Soul Flora. First time I've ever been able to purchase and use my new vape the same day. Usually have to patiently await the arrival as it travels the countryside in mail trucks and such.
I’ve noticed that NJ allows for a 10 mg margin of error when it comes to edible dosing and every time I get a pack the potency / effects are wildly different (even if it’s same brand)
I’ve gotten packs with as low as 93 mg of THC and as high as 109, and while sometimes the ‘extra dose’ is sweet, I’ve noticed they’re usually under the dose advertised and essentially short a whole gummy
Is this brand-specific or industry standard? I tend to buy OGeeez, Grön, Wyld, and occasionally Select when I’m on the struggle bus (lol)
I picked this up at Zen Leaf Mt. Holly based on other reviews from Reddit recommending it. It has a very unique smell and taste. It's like Nag Champa and garlic drenched onion rings in a botanical garden. The high is as unique as it's taste. It gives me an immediate urge to alphabetize things. That's not something I seek out usually. It evens out eventually into a semi-stupor primarily focused on eating any and every thing. That's really not my jam but I can see how it might be somebody's. This feels similar to the Kusala Gary Payton that I got previously which is also very potent but also had this weird sobering initial effect and then spread out into that indica weighted blanket relaxed goofiness. It looks good, smells good, tastes wild and hits real heavy but I wouldn't pick this up again. The effects are just not what I want, ymmv.

I paid $14 for this not knowing what to expect but the high was pretty good very head spacey indica vibe , it was smoking decent to ok , very earthy , piney and mildly spicy , I wouldnt buy this again but it wasnt bad for a quick smoke, the high being so clean carried it I give it an overall rating of 5.5/10
Ahh man where do I begin , this strain is named Grapezilla mind you im a feen for nice grape terps so im thinking it gotta be fruity gas , ha I was wrong literally no grape nose no sweetness , my batch was 2.5 months old tho so im not sure if that had anything to do with it , cause based of the macros you would think it smoked crazy but it really didnt , it was really spicy , the caryophyllene really overpowered this one, not one time I got grape anything , no bueno pretty asf but not a smoker mind you this my first time smoking Illicit Id give this a rating of 5.5/10 paid $42 after taxes
As a blueberry terp lover , oh man this thing delivered , amazing nose smoked pretty good Id say at 8.5/10 for how it smoked sweet blueberry inhale and nice sweet gas exhale , the high real head high , prepare to be smacked into another planet . At $100 a quarter this is quality . Overall Im giving it an 8.5/10 , I copped it a couple times now amazing nuggets jar filled to the brim , impressed !

3.5 gm jar. Open it has nose of Pine with baby skunk stank land perhaps barley. Buds look decent @ 0.8 and a nugget. Kinda dark green\ purple, whilst not dense. Ground up as tobacco easy to roll in genuine Bambu paper. Burn is even, with a sticky ash. Taste is similar to pine needle tea and Guinness Stout. Effects were pretty cool , elevated, calm, creativity and numbness. Imma bit off on the taste however the high hits from 1,000 yards. Total terpines %3.19 THC %29. $35 @ Zenleaf
