<If you don't have an answer, kindly don't reply with "it's useless, just give up" or similar> I've had 0 connectivity for 4 days now( blinking red light on router ), I've scheduled numerous technician visits, they don't pick up their phone, they don't show up, and the only thing customer care says is give us some time( I'm guessing they're stuck with a script) . I've also tried emailing jiofibercare id. I've got a backup connection in place but, I'd like to know if -
- There's a way to escalate to actually get a technician to visit
- There's a way to get my money back for the days without service.
PS : If anyone is having trouble connecting with Jio Customer care reps - call from your registered number and press 1-1-9 and it'll always get you there. Not that they're helpful at all.
Update : After raising a disconnection request, I did get a call from their side, but they asked for 24 hours to resolve the issue :) . Totally useless!
