Just wondering if anyone else has had their rates notices from COGG emailed this year instead of posted and then missed the emails as they’ve gone to spam? Our rates are now with debt collectors and we only knew when they text us about it. COGG said we elected for emails instead of post but we didn’t and know a few people this has happened to this year. Anyone else? This is not a council bashing post - just genuinely interested 🙏
