What levels should I remake in MM2?

I want to get better at building in Mario Maker 2, so I would love to hear your suggestions what levels/dungeons/Tracks from the following games I should remake!

These are the games you can choose of: Donkey Kong Country 1, 2, 3 & Returns,

The Legend of Zelda,

Super Mario bros 1, the lost levels, 2 & 3, Super Mario Land 1 & 2, Super Mario World, Yoshi's Island, the New Super Mario bros series,

Mario Kart

& Sonic 1, CD, 2, 3 & Knuckles.

I really want to start collecting neca ultimate figures, but I don't want to buy from ebay, because I've already gotten scammed there. So it would be cool to know an reliable site where I can buy them. (I know that there is amazon, but they have an really tiny selection of ultimate figures in my country.)
