I’m trying to catch my first shiny and have my chain up to 50. I’m confused if DexNav shows the shiny sprite when I search for the Pokémon or if I need to start the encounter. Any help here would be great!

Hey all! I finally got Immich setup ~3 weeks ago and have been loving it. My wife and I both have iPhones and have used iCloud as our primary backup solution with the 2TB plan. We're about to breach this with photos being the main driver (1.5TB+). I have been working to backup my phone first via Immich's iOS app. I've almost got all 45k pictures on my phone backed up.
I plan to use B2 for my primary offsite backup leveraging Duplicacy from my Unraid server to backup my photos and postgres DB. I also plan to use Syncthing to backup locally to my desktop computer.
Are there any gaps in this strategy or things to be aware of? Once I get all my photos backed up with 3+2+1, do I just turn of Photos sync on iCloud?
