It all started 7 years ago with a moment of boredom, I started this for the first time, and then I did it again, and again, always looking for more content.

It became an addiction, obviously, for 7 years.

It was never something that actually ruined my life tho, I had a very normal life aside from that addiction.

But then, I decided to quit for good.

And I needed something to hold me accountable, a way to record my progress, and then I started to upload videos to my IG account daily.

But not "day x of no fap" or something like that, I have people whom I know and I really don't want them to know that, so I did what I do best, play a rhythm game, and I uploaded one song every day, and now I'm on day 12!

It may not sound as much, but my best streak was about 2 months ago with 7 days, and before that it was 5 days about a year ago, and before that was 1 day about 4 years ago, this was hard, but I think I'm making real progress.

Yes, I may not be really that far from the start, but I still enjoy making these kinds of videos, editing gives me something to do and adds some routine to my days which is what I needed.

Also, I'm gonna go to med school in a few months if I pass the exams, so I will have a loooot of things to do and then maybe I won't need to count my days, just keep going and keep living my life without all those things that didn't brought me anything good.
