Is anyone else surprised that the FIRST Centennial pick by a WOMAN author — which we were all dying to get — isn’t sold out yet? 🧐

I mean, I’m genuinely happy it’s still available for people who want to take their time, do their research, and decide between the new titles before placing their orders. But at the same time… idk, I’m kinda side-eyeing members like 👀 hmmmm…

EDIT:: Just to clarify, the reason I mentioned gender is because there had been a lot of discussion and concern about there not being a woman-authored Centennial Pick. At that point, there were only a few months left in the year, and the Centennial Picks that had been selected were all authored by men. Most, if not all, of the Centennial Picks had also sold out within a day or two at most (which members were also upset about).

I'm taking my ring out after 28 days (I was originally planning to use it continuously) so I can have a break week. For those who've done this, how long after removing it did your withdrawal bleed start?

I was worried I'd end up with breakthrough bleeding if I started to use it continuously (it’s my first month). I was also a little worried about yeast infections and BV, and figured the less time it was in there, the better for my vaginal health lol. So I decided to take the week off instead.

I decided to give the vaginal ring a try before committing to Nexplanon or an IUD. I'm switching from the patch, reluctantly, because I started developing skin irritation. I absolutely loved the patch and really wish it had continued to work for me. I'm a little nervous about inserting the ring, but honestly I'm even more anxious about taking it out. 😅 Worst case, if it doesn't work out, I'll just move forward with getting Nexplanon.

For those of you who've used the ring, do you have any tips or tricks? I've never used a menstrual disc or cup, so I'm not very comfortable with that kind of insertion yet. I'd love any advice that might make the transition a little less intimidating or help it go more smoothly.

I can usually see them when I click on the 100 Book of the Month tab, but right now I’m only seeing the Centennial selections. Has anyone been able to see the 5 new bookmarks yet?

I switched from birth control pills to the patch when I started my Zepbound journey because of the warnings about decreased effectiveness with oral contraceptives during dose increases.

Now I’m in maintenance, stable on 10mg every 12 days, and no longer increasing my dose. I’m wondering if it’s okay to switch back to birth control pills at this point or if anyone else has done this successfully.

Would love to hear experiences from people in maintenance.
