Got a gravel bike as my first bike and my introduction to cycling, what upgrades are worth it since i want to be able to use said bike for future duathlon events.

Unfortunately my parakeet got his toe stuck on something and looks a bit bruised. I cleared his cage of toys for now and added a blanket at the bottom to ease pressure. I do not have access to an avian vet where i am since i cant find any in my town.

He’s putting weight on it which i think is a good sign but shows signs of discomfort.
