Possible autistic link or just plain impatient

I watch a lot of YouTube. I'm disabled and spend more time resting than actually getting anything accomplished, so I watch a variety of things on YouTube. I get so irritated, though, during opening/closing comments. Similar to the way I feel about small talk. I live my life in a constant state of irritated overstimulation, and while I know some of that can be autism-related, I don't know if my irritation at the content creators is just plain rudeness (I can be that way) or may be related to autism. Do any of you have that experience when you watch videos? And what do you think about it in your case?

Exploring if I have autism

I'm a 60yo female. I really want to know if I have autism or am just weird. A positive dx for autism would sure explain a lot. I'm putting together a packet of personal responses to common questions asked in assessments and notes from sources like Autism Speaks that I will then present to my psychiatrist and psychologist. If you can recommend additional trustworthy sources for me to consult, I'll be glad to check them out.

I don't think I will be changing anything if I am dx, but just to know myself better will make a big difference in my frustration level with myself. At 60, I'm retired and have few commitments and can pretty much do what keeps me comfortable. But knowing 30 or 40 years ago that I was autistic would have made a HUGE difference in my life because I wouldn't have been trying to force myself to be someone I'm not.
