Just had this issue using the insta 360 iOS app. I edited a video using some uploaded clips I took on my iPhone in addition to my 360 videos. I came back a day later and got this error message. There was a previous Reddit asking if anyone solved this issue and nobody had an answer. It was archived and I could not comment so I figured I’d post the solution I found in case anyone needs it. Here’s what I did: find the first clip along your edit that gives you that error message. Go to the clip prior to that one and click the + to upload. Upload the full version of the same clip that gave you the error message. Play it through and it magically let me edit all the videos again. I deleted the full length clip I just re uploaded and voila! No more corruption error. Hope this helps!
