I’m stumped and fustrated and hoping the community has the solution.

Here’s what I’ve done:

1. bolted on the derailer,

2. in the lowest gear,

3. R8000 lever has the cable set pretty far into the housing.

4. The wire is super taught

5. Derailleur has clearance to shift properly

But when I go to shift into the large gear, the R8000 gives a baby click and then feels like I’m going to break the lever and the front derailleur doesn’t even budge.

Thoughts?
