I don't usually post here, but I'm frustrated by the complete radio silence from mods/developers on the very clear, widespread issues people are having with the site/app. Many people pay for this service and it's been unusable for almost 8 hours now. Can we get some kind of update? Just a comment saying you're aware and are investigating would be nice.

Edit: A very helpful redditor suggested clearing my cache and cookies then trying again with the site. This did actually work for me! I suggest giving it a try. It's not working for everyone, unfortunately, but hopefully it will help some others!

Edit: Clearing the cache worked for all of a couple of minutes. I'm now back to no messages coming through. I submitted a ticket and will update this post if I get a response.
