Anyone having an issue using their “my templates”? I’m completely blocked at this point from creating. Whether I create a new template, clear cache, start new session, etc, none of them work and say slide template failed due to slide template not in template library.

I had begun to really like Genspark and frankly spend a fair amount each month (totally agree it eats credits especially with new Ultra capability) but now I’m looking at alternatives because I submitted an issue and haven’t heard back. This sucks because it’s been a golden tool for my work, but I can’t use just a random template as I need it to be on brand.
