I just realized the house we are renting has a massive tangled grape vine. For 2 years I thought it was just a dead bush, but I started trying to untangle it and clear the weeds and broken branches. While doing so, the neighbor mentioned it used to be a 20ft long vine with lots of fruit before the owner tore it down when they were leaving. I had no idea what I am doing, and don’t know what I am looking at enough to learn from the google searches I have done. How should I prune this thing with how overgrown and unmaintained it is? Is there even a point to or is it completely done for?
