Can it be done? If so, and how?

How can I upload short video clips? The only option I have is an image or a GIF upload. Or is it that videos are not allowed in replies, only OP posts? Also, I don't subscribe to NSFW BS, even on YT, when I see and hear "fowl" 😁mouths or a video starts going down a weird rabbit hole, I bounce.
