Advanced trainers issue
This is really starting to drive me insane and nothing seems to work so I'm wondering if anyone has any fixes they can recommend. I've levelled up most of my major skills to expert level but am getting tired of the grind and have plenty of gold now, so I want to make use of higher level trainers. The ongoing problem that I've had throughout the game is the majority of trainers say that they can't train me any higher despite meeting all of the requirements for training (correct level range, high disposition, right time of day, haven't used them before etc). Even more annoyingly, I have unlocked several master trainers but they won't train me either - what am I missing? I also want to build up my minor skills more but have the same issue with lower-level trainers...
