Would you have done it differently?
I am 54 and just started a LOA from work yesterday. I do think the claim will convert to LTD. In speaking with an Erisa attorney they think I should retain them for both the STD and LTD portion. For those of you who have dealt with the LTD claim process, looking back would it have been beneficial to have had an attorney at the beginning. It’s obviously expensive.
