I was deveining the shrimp and one of them had this white stuff in it. I’ve never seen that before. I’ve seen eggs but this is new. What is it?

Pizza thief 🍕
I’m a bit worried about our dog cause he stole a piece of pizza that had some onions on it. Am I just being overly cautious about this. Does it take just some onions to damage whichever organ it does or would he have to have been eating them over a period of time to make him sick?
