I live in Monroeville and due to the wind storms we had come thru have developed a "bubble" under a space in the siding on my house. I need someone to look at it and give me an estimate on what it's gonna cost to fix it, what the problem is and whether I need to turn it into my home owners insurance.. recommendations on a professional would be appreciated!
