This convicted fraudster scammed me out money for items he never had. He now refuses to pay me back mainly because I left a negative review on his google page. I retained a lawyer to help, but all this crook did lie and scam the lawyer, including sending the lawyer a bad cheque which bounced. Police have an active report about him, so if anyone else knows this guy and got scammed, contact Niagara Falls police and add your name to the list of already 3 others. He did time in prison for scamming over $280,000 from people., He needs to be stopped.

Fall of 2025 I was contacted by Brody Racine (Facebook handle is Win Jays), asking if I wanted to buy a large lot of items. I paid him in full by etransfers. He communicated with contracts, emails, texts. Sounded legit. UNTIL the items never arrived. He had excuses after excuses. He then said he would return my money. That has never happened. Despite retaining a lawyer to deal with the conman, he still refuses to return my money because I left a negative review on his store's google. Which now, he claims is closed. He has stated numerous times in emails he will not pay me back unless I remove a negative review and never post one again. He missed every deadline paying me back. Sent a bad cheque that bounced. His history is one of scamming people out of over $280,000.00. Had over 29 counts of fraud and fraud related charges. Did 18months in prison. Fined over $30,000.00 which his family paid. Now he is back at it. I am personally in touch with 2 others who have been scammed by him.
Niagara Police have an active report on him. If you or anyone you know has been scammed by him, contact the Police and add your name to the list of complainants.
Obviously he hasn't learned his lesson and should be back in jail.
