Hostinger "support" really sucks
Hostinger is THE WORST hosting platform
MY. GOD.
There is no live support. Their stupid, obviously poorly programmed AI chatbot keeps saying I must email Hostinger for support if I can't reconfigure my own computer so Hostinger's mythical "Help" button appears on the stupid hPanel in my account. It isn't there. The chatbot posts supposed screenshots of the hPanel that *show no "help" button nor the word anywhere, and keeps telling me to click on it. Also - can't backup your website if you built it in their stupid Website Builder, which I did. ARGH. I tried everything that's posted in the Hostinger Live support thread here ... to try to get the chatbot to connect me to live support but it's stuck saying it cannot do it. I know it can because it's done it before. ARRRRRGGGGGGHHHH
Hostinger is not a serious company. It's someone's hobby in Lithuania that they then hired a few people to help with.
BUT THE FANTASTIC NEWS!!! I'm a Claude Pro subscriber so Claude helped me (after it made astute comments about how insane it is in 2026 for a web hosting platform to not be responsive/adaptive to various devices and to require the user edit the site for proper display on the different devices)... and Claude Code is rebuilding my website and I'll paste all the code into Netlify, a web hosting platform that is free and is device responsive!
Try this out anyone whose websites have been trapped by the atrocious execs at Hostinger!
