Bought a tshirt on 21st april from one website which i saw on Instagram ads received my parcel 15 days later (the expected delivery day was 1 week after my purchase they cancelled it from their end asked me to wait or order something else because the tshirt that i ordered was out of stock so i changed my order)received the order and it was discoloured and had black spots everywhere contacted the seller he said he will refund my amount in full and now he has blocked me and not replying me back on whatsapp

Any chance of getting my money back?
