Day 5–6
These past two days were rough too. I was pretty close to relapsing a few times.
I’m starting to realize that sitting for too long and mindlessly scrolling on my phone makes the urges way more frequent. It’s like the longer I stay stuck doing nothing, the easier it is for my brain to start chasing that quick stimulation.
Because of that, I really need to switch to things that keep me focused for longer periods, especially exercise.
I’m really glad I’ve stayed consistent and made it through.
