Is this parasite? video with parasite recorded.

My molly and guppy keep die with very high rate, today i decided to use my microscope to check, and i found these worm on the skin of the fish. it seems like some type of parasite.

i am doing 30% water change every 2 weeks, but still the death toll is still very high, and it is now infecting my second tank.

appreciate if any guru can give me a suggestion. this is a 240l tank with lot of plant. should i totally abandon it and start over? i have about 50 fishes now.

Transparent Snail that i can see its heart beat, and bladder snail.

i found few transparent snail in my tank, size about 6mm~8mm.

also i notice the bladder snail is getting more and more.

these must have accidently bought in with the plants.

should i keep both of them? bladder snail had been pro and cons every where, but so far i did not saw much about these transparent snail.

Need help about water quality control and some other matters

Hi everyone, i have some question seeking for advice:

  1. My aquarium water PH level is staying around PH8.5, even if i put in Daun ketapang (Catappa leaf) which by right should make the PH lower, however it just dont seems to change much. any way to naturally keep the PH lower to lets say PH7.5 to PH8? water temperature stay around 27.8c to 28.5c.
  2. I have quite a high lost rate for my Guppy, i just stock in about 50 in Sunday now i lost about 5, thats about 10% in 4 days. some suggested could be due to water quality.
  3. my tap water is having PH about 8.5, and this aquarium have a new water before i put in the fish.
  4. i have natural plant, soil, sand, rock and some other decoration, not sure if this impact, but before these latest decoration, i also having high lost rate for the guppy.
  5. my tank is about 320 liter capacity.
  6. i need help how to prolong the life of the guppy, or reduce the lost rate. i had been trying to raise guppy for few years but none of them can really last long time, not even 6 months only very few make to close to 1 year.
  7. in my previous setup i change water every 1 month since it have plant and filter system but the lost rate is same, and i tried change water every 6 months and result is not much different.
  8. i feed with powder fish food and i make sure not over feed, and i have shrimp to help clean.
  9. should i turn off the LED light and filter system at night so the fish can take a rest?

any advise will be much appreciated. thank you and nice meeting you all.

here my tank, with most of the decoration removed temporally.

update, Ammonia Tester show that water quality should be safe, well, i hope this test kit working correctly.
