While driving my car tonight on the freeway, a few lights suddenly lit up on my dash (abs, traction control, seat belt, airbag) and some electronics stopped working completely (speakers, turn signal, ac)

however this only happens when going past about 30 mph (some stop working at higher speeds), and when slowing down or starting from a stop all things work normally

I replaced my battery a bit ago and never registered the battery to the car so Im assuming that could be the cause due to the alternator not charging the battery correctly, though I would like to know if anyone had a similar issue and what fixed it.
