Could this be asbestos
Me and my partner have rented a flat been here for 5 months with this hole in the ceiling by the front door due to a water leak from the flat above. The landlord and estate agents have been useless in getting this fixed. However today it dawned on me that this could contain asbestos?? The building was built in 1929
