Babysitting for my dad and stepmoms dog. Him and my dog adore each other

I called the vet because I. noticed her nose was scabby on Monday. Then over time I notice she was itchy and it spread. I’ve been cleaning it with warm water and putting coconut oil on it. I put the pictures of it changing over time. Last night she didn’t even eat. (Which is a first but, she ate today). Could you all calm by nerves a little and tell me your ideas on what it could be?

Woke up today and saw two right hand imprints and a bird imprint on my window. The birds okay. I didn’t see it happen but there’s no body so I’m assuming it just flew away after.
