Hi Everyone,
I have a file of Faisal town phase 2. Never paid any instalment due to misguided by real estate agent as i am not in Pakistan.
Now i have file with no instalment paid for 10 marla plot.

I need help from experts:

1. Should I start paying instalments if it’s good investment in short or long term? There will any late fee or penalty? Or i should sell the file and exit.
2. Balloting of phase 2 is done already? If i start paying the instalments, i will be part of next balloting or i can only get plot number once I paid all the instalments? And location of the plot is first come first serve based?

I never had a constipation but doctor examine and said it’s hemmorhoid and suggest for colonoscopy for proper examination. I am confused should i go for colonoscopy or not? Fixing hemorrhoid will fix the constipation?

Hi all,
I am 32 years old male. 6 months before I started having constipation, I ignored it as I moved from one country to other, i thought i might be because of dietary changes.
But it stayed for months, i visited couple of doctors everyone just prescribed normal laxatives or constipation treatment. No difference. All blood and stool tests were fine.
I had to strain and push a lot to pass stool.
Then 2 weeks before I visited same doctor and he checked with finger and said I have hemorrhoid. I am not sure if hem can cause constipation or constipation is the cause of hemorrhoids. Internet is giving me mixed answers.

This community has all the people who faced it and experience this whole thing. Please help me out.
I have no pain, no blood in the stool. Just not able to pass stool. Have to strain.
Hemorrhoid is always painful or it could be without pain as well?

Need help from all of you so i can get it fixed.
