Muslim woman claims Islam "cares" about women's pleasure.....and uses SCIENCE to back up claims
Here is yet another chicken for KFC telling blatant lies. This time trying to convince us that Islam cares for women's pleasure.
She claims that Allah created an organ solely for pleasure(clitoris). Ummm she can thank science for that because it was science that gave her the info that the clit is solely for pleasure. Science has long known the clitoris exists and here Muslims are trying to piggy back off of science.
In Islam, there are no references to the clitoris in the Quran, but it is discussed in Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and hadith (recorded sayings of the Prophet Muhammad)
Some scholars reference a hadith where the Prophet Muhammad advised a female circumciser in Medina to cut very slightly and not go too deep.
Classical scholars, like Ibn Taymiah noted the purpose was to moderate female sexual desire rather than destroy it entirely.
The majority of modern Islamic scholars and major institutions (such as the Al-Azhar Islamic Research Academy in Egypt) make a strict distinction between the "pricking" or removal of a microscopic part of the clitoral hood and harmful Female Genital Mutilation (FGM). They strictly forbid full clitoridectomies or any practices that harm women.
The Prophet Muhammad's advice to limit the extent of female circumcision comes from an account (hadith) recorded in Sunan Abu Dawood. He instructed a female circumciser in Medina to take only a minimal amount, telling her: "Do not go to the extreme in cutting; that is better for the woman and more liked by the husband."
Which is all beyond despicable!!!! You cant pluck your brows but you can prick and mutilate a female child's genitals???
Fiqh Council of North America heavily debate the practice today. Because the medical community widely categorizes this as Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), many contemporary scholars classify the tradition as cultural rather than a strict religious obligation. So now, Muslims are back-peddling after public pushback from the medical community and humanity as a whole
