My partner has BPD, we're still fresh, I'm aware of BPD and how it works, but I'm still a dummy. They had abuse in the past and a shadow haunts them vividly. I've been reassuring and listen to everything, I talk and hopefully haven't triggered them, but they're pretty adamant about calling it out lol. Uh, she's been dissociating these past two days and I don't blame her or curse her because I get it. Am I doing it right?
