General ward or chemo nurse?
Hello po pls help me decide between 2 different nursing role. 1 is staff nurse in a general ward and 2nd is chemotherapy nurse. Ano po kaya mas better if im planning to work abroad? I feel like if sa ward po kasi mas madami akong mahahandle na ibat ibang cases so ma-sstrengthen yung foundational skills ko sa bedside while yung isang offer sa chemo naman mas specialized care sya and i think magandang experience din since maghahandle ng cancer patients pero yun nga lang, naka center lang mostly sa cancer ang magiging skills/expi ko.
I'm a fresh grad with no experience so medyo torn if mas better ba for my future ang itake advantage ang opportunity sa narrow but specialized area or broad foundational exposure muna. Thank you so much in adnvance po
