My Girlfriend 37F Got Mad Because I 40M Told Her She Should Have Told Me She Wasn't Going To Call When She Said She Would - Is it Fine For Me To Be Annoyed By That?
My girlfriend is away overseas and we have been talking when we can. We have been talking in the evenings, but one night she said she would call during the day. I waited all day and heard nothing about it, even though we had been messaging a bit throughout the day. About 6 in the evening I messaged her and said that it was clear she wasn't going to call and she should have messaged to let me know that, when she knew I had been sitting by the phone all day waiting. But she got mad saying she can never do anything right. I quite clearly hadn't said that at all. She then didn't message me again for the rest of the night. Is it fine for me to be pointing out she could have been more considerate?
