June 2025 I curbed the car and broke both control arm in the front right side. After that the car sat in the driveway up until today. The battery has been replaced, control arm fixed, alignment.

Today I accelerated from 25 to 35 at a normal rate and got the drivetrain malfunction and the steering wheel and seat vibrated more than usual. I parked the car, turned it off then on, warning and vibration went away, drives like normal but happened again at highway speeds. No codes.
It has 130k miles and spark plugs and coils haven’t been changed and i’m thinking it might be that
What do think caused this and should I be worried?
